"Very pleasant to work with. Had to get a survey on my boat to acquire liability insurance. I understand to a point. Some items that had to be addressed included the surveyors recommendation to install a second smoke and carbon alarm; the interior is only 20’ long?? But I complied. "I've said "Thank you so much" to Tara Johns many times for the way she has helped us and I want to make my recommendation public! Tara was the calming voice who knew the answer to every question that I asked and all the ones I didn't know to ask during a multiple home insuring process. She never failed to call me back in person, unlike many professionals that depend completely on texts or email. I know we were far from her only clients, but she treated us like we were.
