"4 stars is the "avg" of 10/10 for Jasmine and 0/10 for the rest of the Agency. On the positive; Jasmine literally saved me from seeking a new insurance agent with amazing customer service and the rare quality of listening to customers stress and concerns. She has been truly amazing at hearing my concerns and focus and working with lots options and choices. With all that said Jasmine is the 1st member of the Banks team to show these qualities. The rest of the Banks agency has been disappointment at every call. They just don't seem to care and so often I just get "it's State Farm." :( Thank you Jasmine!"

"Shopping for insurance is rarely a job that I feel good about at the end of the process. This time was different. The agent that helped us made the experience very easy. So ask for Sara. And while Sara was great to work with at the end of the day we were shopping for auto and property insurance coverage. The bottom line was we got better coverage for both policies than we had with our previous carrier and very importantly paid considerably less."

"Never work with Tara Johns, she quoted me two prices for auto.. Asked her to go with lowest deductible, asked her to specifically clarify what the deductible was BEFORE making payment, not once but TWICE. Made payment, then received paperwork that my deductible was 4x what I was quoted. Emailed them twice over 3 weeks with no response. When i did finally hear back, Tara was very dismissive and rude, and had no resolution. This agency might be fine, but I’d avoid working with Tara Johns. Dishonest business practices. If you have any other polices with her I’d highly recommend you review them with a sharp eye because it’s evident she doesn’t."
